Cannot resolve insurance issues. His Billing department needs to learn how to do proper insurance verification with regards to copayments and deductibles. Charges too high compared to actual cash prices

데스크 앞에 계신 분, 처음엔 그냥 조금 시크한 스타일인가 했는데 그냥 화가나 있는거임. 다음 날 시술이라 긴 시간 금식까지 한 사람을 거의 시술 못 받게 만들 정도의 실수를 해놓고도, 뭐가 잘못됐는지 애매하게 말만 흐리고 제대로 된 사과도 없이 가버리더라고요. 그리고 뭘 하나 물어보면 정색하면서 “여기 보이잖아요?” 하는 식으로 사람 혼내듯 응대해서 꽤 당황스러웠어요. 괜히 대꾸하면 더 불편해질 것 같아 그냥 조용히 있었네요.. 다만 이 병원 자체는 앞에 계신 하얀 머리 직원분 제외하면 다른 분들은 정말 너무 친절했어요. 한곳에 이렇게 극과 극인 직원들이 같이 있는 게 신기할 정도였습니다.

Dr. Bae delivers great care, and this is the only office who followed up with me and went out of their way to help me. Five stars.

Very unhappy with this Dr, waited for 2 months to see him and the only thing he did just input all the information verbally given to him in the computer and he said that’s it, he did not even examine or check the patient, did not even want to touch the patient did not even check the patient with the stethoscope or listen to hes lungs or check the belly For any fluids very cold and unprofessional doctor thats not how you examine a patient with liver cirrhosis 🙄🙄🙄

It is impossible to get through to the office, you have to call for several days and there is no guarantee that you will get through. The doctor sent me for a sibo test, I have terrible bloating, pain, etc. that prevent me from doing my daily work normally. I have been waiting for over a month, they call and say that they faxed a referral to the hospital, but there is nothing in the hospital. It is terrible. I can’t eat anything, my stomach is bloated and hurts, and the staff still doesn’t care about you. They still haven’t done this test, I can’t get through to the office. They don’t want to help with anything, I don’t understand English well and they use the entire insurance system, this is discrimination against people who don’t understand anything. They could help solve the problem, but they say call yourself and solve it.

I recently underwent an endoscopy and colonoscopy with Dr. Ho Bae at the GI Center of California. From start to finish, I was deeply impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Dr. Bae’s expertise, genuine care, and excellent bedside manner provided me with a sense of security and peace throughout the entire process. As a patient, I felt truly cared for and comfortable during my visit.

너무 불친절해서 다시는 이 병원에 가고 싶지 않다

I doubt this hospital has a 4 star rating. You can't make phone calls at all. You can't make reservations either. Also, the staff are very unpleasant.
