I complaint regarding his 2 frontdesk ladies. Very unproffessional, not nice and rude. Even I explained that I just came out from the Emergency Room, they behaved so cold, let me wait for nearly 2 hours. I heard one senior lady said to the younger lady:”Why you called? Let she call.” They tried to delay the appointment, despire the fact that I was in pain and not healthy. Let me tell you what has happened, the Christ Hospital next to this building was closed, and the building entrance is very confused, no one working in the first floor. The office- small, not bright and not clean either. Now this is another fun part, the 2 ladies have the bizzard look to me, when I have 2 insurances, they dont try to help at all, instead complaining a lot. They are very cold, they talked loud to let me feel embarrassed about I am a dependent on my husband’s company insurance and made me feel embarrased that I seem to have “not wealthy” insurance, let me tell you “dont judge people by what they wear, how they look”. If you knew how I felt when I tried to explain everything and said I just came out from Emergency, they really dont care. Here they care money only, believe me -just money, not sympathy with patients. They let you wait non-sense for several hours. Palisade office I will never come back and never recommend to any other people. I always recommend people to good places, never have write bad reviews. But When I feel disrespectful like this, I have to write down. Believe me, if you are Asian, dont come to them, very cold behavior. Not nice frontdesk. If you come to work in medical office or hospital with this attitude, better find another job. Plus, the parking is horrible, shaking and low quality elevator. Finally, they let me go in pain!!!!

The Dr's Raskin and Tepler are a SUPER team.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tepler for over 10 years, and I can honestly say he is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, and thorough doctors I’ve ever had. Dr Tepler always take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make me feel comfortable with every step of my care. Over the years, their guidance and expertise have made a huge difference in my health, and I truly trust their judgment. I’m grateful to have a doctor who combines professionalism with genuine compassion—highly recommend.

Have an Endoscopy and Colonscopy with this doctor. He has great bedside manners and made me feel very comfortable

Would’ve loved to have the chance to see Dr. Tepler since he took over for my old gastro doctor who previously practiced in that location and seems to have a few good reviews. I was told I can no longer get refills of my prescription since my old doctor left and that I would need to see Dr. Tepler in order to continue getting refills. Unfortunately I was just told that there are no open appointments for another month. When I explained that It is urgent for me to have a refill on my medication because I need it in order to live my daily life, the person on the phone said “sorry, nothing we can do.” I asked if she could suggest another doctor in the area who may be able to help. She told me, “no, call your insurance.” Not exactly the support and help you would want from a doctor’s office you’re already an existing patient at. Very disappointed.

Dr. Tepler and his entire staff are warm, responsive, helpful and generally lovely to deal with! I'd highly recommend their practice.

I randomly chose Dr. Tepler while searching on line. What a find!!! I had concerns about my colonoscopy but Dr Tepler put me so at ease. The day of my procedure he walks in the room (where I and others were waiting to be taken to surgery) and let out a happy and warm ‘Welcome Everyone!’ Who does that? Dr. Tepler does❤️👍
