Best doctor ever

Dr T. Saved my life at least 2 times. I had gone to Stanford hospital and El Camino hospital 2 times each, for severe pain and uncontrolled bowels. Dr. Triadafilopoulos was called in on my last visit to El Camino hospital. He noticed my counts were off on my Pancreas. He stated he believed I need a stent placed in my duct from my pancreas. He preformed the surgery and I recovered.

One of the poorest service experience I've ever had. No phones picked up. No voice mail returned. Dates for scheduled surgery kept on changing. quoted more than in-network coverages. zero out of five for customer experience.

He’s a great Dr. Very involved and concentrated with his patients. He’s well- respected as he should be. The one missing star is because of his receptionist; she does get back to me, but is curt and cold! I don’t call, but send emails because of her attitude. Eesh I’ll continue w Dr T-he’s the best in the business and does care.

I trust Dr. T. 100% even if it is hard to get an appointment, even if the staff does not call back like they should, even if the customer services is not as it should be trust me when I tell you he is the best. I have been to so many G.I. Doctors and there is no better. Do Not let some staff person have an effect on selecting the best doctor in this field. Email him directly and he will respond and sort things out. He cares and wants the best for people, he loves what he does and he is gifted at it as well. I worked in healthcare for 25 year and he is one of a kind.

Worst experience at a medical facility I have ever experienced. Dr. T lied to me and my father, blaming his staff’s egregious error on a piece of medical equipment. He tried to have one of his staff lie, but they were honest that they forgot to turn on the device before It was placed in my body during an invasive diagnostic procedure. And then after they RE-DID it (I had to fly there AGAIN, along with my dad who lives ACROSS the country), with no form of compensation btw, his office was completely MIA! I could not get anyone to answer the phone or email me back for MONTHS... and he had not even helped me with my condition at that point. Most ridiculous thing I have heard of.

I have been seeing Dr. T for over 10 years. Every appointment was great. He also gave me great advice before I had gastric sleeve surgery. Highly recommend.

I call him Dr T lol because I cannot pronounce his name. I was admitted two times to El Camino hospital even though I don’t like the hospital. I love Dr T he is the best!!! He really cares and has such a good bed side manner. He makes you feel so comfortable. I was scared as I have never been put under and he put my mind at ease. He has done two procedures on me and I was never concerned or scared. Unfortunately my insurance doesn’t cover to see him outside the hospital. I’m having two procedures done and I wish he could do them. Now I’m scared and this Dr that is doing the two procedures I am concerned and does not show the empathy Dr T has at all. Empathy and bedside manner is everything. I highly recommend if you have the insurance please see him. Thank you again Dr T your are truly a gift

Dr. T. is outstanding! The doctor that referred me to him a few years ago said that he might be the best GI doctor in the west coast and I think he was right!
