only go if you are looking for a place that 1) never answers the phone, 2) messes up billing; 3) bad service.

I want to update my previous review to reflect that the financial dispute with the office has now been resolved. My original concern was related to billing communication and insurance expectations around my colonoscopy. Before the procedure, I understood that the procedure would be handled as preventive, and there was confusion later when billing changed after a polyp was found and removed. That situation was frustrating, and I believe clearer written communication about billing, coding, and possible patient responsibility would have helped avoid the misunderstanding. That said, I also want to be fair: Dr. Diego I. Kuperschmit performed an excellent procedure for my wife, and we are grateful for the quality of care he provided. Clinically, the care was strong, and the issue we had was ultimately resolved. I appreciate the resolution and hope the office continues improving communication with patients about insurance and billing expectations before procedures.

It is not possible to contact the billing department. I did my EGD there and it should be covered by my insurance, but they charged me $800 + for the procedure. I tried to call them and left messages about the billing issue. I have never got feedback from this practice about the issues.
