Dr. Darren A. Kastin

The front desk staff is less than pleasant but that doesn’t take away from the doctors and medical professionals. I look past them and see the phenomenal medical team of Dr. Pandolfi who give their patients top notch medical care!

This guy was part of a team that saved my life 16 years ago. We were close hugged and cried through the years. I had an issue with his scheduler, (new) I missed an appointment for the first time. It was told to me no problem we can reschedule you after this date. I got a letter that Kastin is dropping me as a patient. It's going on 8 months now, and it's strangeI have started seeing many bad reviews about the staff, and he was at 5 stars.

Could not disagree more with some of these reviews. The front staff and schedulers were just great. Worked with me and my schedule and were extremely polite and pleasant. Maybe new staff was brought in but over the past few months these employees have been fantastic! Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Kastin is outstanding. Takes the time to evaluate the situation and understand the issue with the patient.

Terrible billing policies and customer service Plenty of other good Gastroenterologists in the area

Doctor offices often get a bad reputation because of their front desk staff and this place emphasis why. The girl I just spoke to needs to find a new line of work. Rude is an understatement. Tried to schedule an appointment and Dr Kastin refuses to see patients who have previously been seen by other doctors. What a joke of a practice.

Terrible . Horrible bedside manor and wouldn’t treat someone due to an unfounded opinion . The nurses in the hospital adamantly disagreed with me . He met with me twice each for less than a minute and wouldn’t allow me to ask or answer any questions . If you want to be properly treated , respected and not discriminated again ….. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR !!

Dr. Kastin is fantastic and really has a passion for what he does and for his patients! I have nothing but great things to say about him and Liz his medical assistant. I would recommend seeing him if you are having any gastrointestinal issues. 5 STARS!
