She is very unwilling to seek help from colleagues when she is in over her head. Our son had a very rare autoimmune disease and she was out of her depth and options, but unwilling to seek help from other doctors around the country. She is very arrogant and unwilling to work with parents. No parent needs to be told “this is plan C. There is no plan D.” We switched from Children’s National to Hopkins and had a much better experience.

She very impatient, misunderstanding of request needs, she gave my child recalled medication more then once, she & her staff has falsified information & plotted and lied to have my child taken, she and her staff have forced out my son on more then one occasion out the hospital even with the knowlledge of his illness and condition failed him she and her staff have forced my son home even after I as a concerned parent have requested other saught help be performed and a longer hospital stay be needed due to her sending my child home sooner then shall of taken placed, several of her staff have giv×n wrong formulas and she approved them by signing off on them, She failed to discuss/provide much needed information about my sons liver/ kidney disease and she failed to take responsiblity for the wrong doing of she & her Gi staff at Childrens National Medical Center. She does not like being questioned and she rejects request of parents in reguarding the needs of parents that tend to be low income families, She has turned responsibility's done wrong by refered nursen agencys lackingness among the parent and she and her staff has caused perment injury to my son from day 1st surgey mis dianosis and codes used in his charts to cover up life long injury's whitch has caused both my child and me the parent personal injury and long time of pain and suffering. Toress is the biggiest B**** in this field she has continued to give many patients recalled medicine's and acted once I confronted her that she didn't know and after we had the fall out she continued to sign off on the medicines several side affects such as bacteria over growth and kidney failure can take place along with other issues that can cause dealth. She has threaten my family with Child protective services because I had stated that I didnt feel my son was well enough to be discharged and he wasnt even 15% well enough, I also complained to her and her staff about things that wasn't satifactory about the nursen staff that was out of my control I has requested more training for the staff and she and her staff threaten me with Cps and once I had stood my ground for the better care of my son (Marquise Porter) after I begged she and her staff not to discharge him he wasnt well enough and he was bleeding inside out and it was caused by a waffer changed done by nurse at childrens hospital 6th floor name rebecca that caused a inside sist that burst open and they discharged my son anyways they threaten me with cps after I had a fall out with Dr. Torrese, social worker Healther Herald, staff Mitchell Kantey and between nursen staff at Hscn healthcare & Linac and back to Hscn childrens worker healther and torrese staff told me if I didnt take my son home and work back with the company they would call cps still my son wasnt well enough to go home. Not only that she is not considreant of her patient's situations at home we are not all like her, Dr. Toresse and her staff planned and plotted to have my son taken he is short Gutt and part of his condition is dehydration and other illnesses term his life... They said that I am responsible for his dehydration when infact he has never missed a dosage and he was only taken what was given by torrese and her staff so if im at falt then she shall be too we doing ur doctors orders. Also my family and I was moving due to poor doee issues at my former home yes In Dc. I had agreed to have my son go stay with his God mom until we moved into our new place in January 2019, my son came home Jan 25th 2019. He came home very dehydrated and ill he had a Doctor's apt on feb 1st 2019 his nurse said her boss said he could not accommodate him for me to reschedule his apt so I did on Feb 2nd 2019, God mom stopped by he appeared sick same nurse and god mom took him to the hospital tell me why Dr. Torrese & her staff had my son taken from me saying i was the cause of his dehydration, my evidence shows that while he was in the care of his God mother that Dr.Torres and staff failed to notice the many high levels of my son ostomy output that he had.
