Our daughter felt so cared for by Dr. Collins. She is knowledgeable and warm and made a difficult experience much easier for our child. Highly recommend!

We were referred to Dr. Collins by our pediatrician for my teenage son’s gastrointestinal issues. What a breath of fresh air compared to the last doctor we were referred to. She listened to us and straight away requested bloodwork, a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Sadly she confirmed he had an auto immune disorder. Her bedside manner was impeccable, always making him feel comfortable in uncomfortable situations. She is a Mom and her caring attitude carries over at work. We chose to move on since he is older now but are grateful for Dr. Collins getting to the bottom of our son’s issues.

When my son was an infant, he suffered terribly from what Dr. Collins determined to be acid reflux because the closure between the stomach and the esophagus had not fully developed. She was kind, caring, and attentive. The medicines she prescribed worked wonders, and he stopped arching his back and crying while nursing. We continued to see Dr. Collins, who would adjust the dosage as need, until my son was 18 months old, when the closure finally fully developed and he no longer needed any medicine!!! He is now 12 years old, so this review is way overdue! I am very grateful to Dr. Collins for her kindness and skill in treating my son.

Took my daughter in because she was having some stomach issues and called for a follow up to do some testing because the issues did not go away and they told me they will call me back to schedule some testing which they never did. I waited approximately a few weeks call the doctors office again and again they told me they will call me back For some additional testing which they never did and then I called to get the testing done again. They said that since she has not seen the doctor for a few months, she needs to come back in again which they had a cancellation the same day which I made the appointment, unfortunately my daughter cannot make it last minute so I called them to reschedule which they said they wanted $100 cancellation fee and I told them I’ll be more than happy to pay for it even though it’s not correct I tried to book an appointment for her, but they said they cannot book it until the hundred dollar fee was paid and I told them that I will pay for it once I come in for her appointment and they refused to make her an appointment unless I paid for the fee . Very unprofessional!

Dr Collins is an outstanding Doctor. She respects her patients. Shows up on time and knows her Field well! Thank you for showing such care to your patients!

Dr. Collins is very professional and smart in her work .She helped my daughter who had heartache for a long time.

We were so lucky to find Dr Collins. She has been so wonderful navigating us through such a scary time with our little guy.

This review is so long overdue (I saw Dr. Collins in 2013/14!), but recently I've had rough experiences with other doctors that reminded me how wonderful Dr. Collins was. I abruptly started having gastrointestinal issues that were uncomfortable at best and debilitating at worst. I was totally panicked, extremely sick, and losing weight rapidly from my inability to eat anything. I saw Dr. Collins on a referral from my pediatrician and she was phenomenal from start to finish. She had an empathetic and calm demeanor while at the same time being very straightforward and practical. I trusted her decisions and treatment plan completely and I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Collins is so knowledgeable and very good with children . It’s hard to trust someone when it comes to your child but I give her my full trust. She evaluated my daughter and also took the time to explain everything to me. My appointment was at 2, she came in at 1:59 and was thorough but quick. I waited a total of under 5 minutes for her. The staff was very kind too.
