Dr. Anna Platovsky

Staff is horrible. Nobody picks up the phone or does what they say they will do.i waited for them to fax over a prescription to my PT office for 3 days so my appointment was delayed.They need to hire professional people who actually take their jobs seriously.

Dr Platofsky is an outstanding Dr. Thorough, caring with great bedside manor. Staff and Surgi Center experience (both times) is/are great. Thank you.

First, the office is clean and the front office staff was excellent. Also, love the relaxing music 🎵 The doctor (Anna Platovsky) was easy to speak with and explained what would take place for my Colonoscopy! Overall great service!

I love Dr. Platovsky! She is extremely caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. She explains everything in great detail and always takes her time.

My longtime Doctor left so I saw Anna for my latest colonoscopy. She communicated well, was knowledgeable and very pleasant. The office staff and procedure staff were great as well.

Dr Platovsky has been incredibly patient and caring with my daughter, who has special needs. We are grateful to have found such a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.

The office staff is excellent the ones at the counter the ones that are in the back of the office staff the ones that supposedly return phone calls and call in prescription refills suck. They don’t call to help you set up appointments. It was so bad my wife had to go in person to set up her appointment and she was told by the front end staff they don’t understand why because there’s five people back there returning phone calls. None did four messages were left. As far as the prescriptions, they never called them in you wait weeks sometimes and your pharmacist has to call or you have to try to get them to fill it by either calling or going there. It’s really pathetic. I can’t say enough good about Dr. Plotovsky. She is aces I like her. She’s very professional as great bedside manner, but I just wish that she would get some better behind the scenes staffing.

The doctor is kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She performed my colonoscopy and is handing my Crohn's disease in an effective manner. The office however, is almost IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. No one answers the phone or returns calls and paperwork that is needed by pharmacies or insurance companies seems to languish in their office for days and weeks before being addressed. It is frustrating to the point I am going to look for a different doctor!

The administrative & support staff were very friendly & knowledgeable. I was promptly greeted & didn’t have to wait. Dr Platovsky took the time needed to address all my questions & concerns. She was very thorough & attentive to my needs. We discussed my medical history & the approaches which will taken to address them. Great first visit.

My mom went to Dr Petrowsky for problems with her throat she sent her for testing when my mom call for results a week later they brushed her off she kept calling back notes were left for the doctor and she never called back. The nurses were very uncaring said you know you’re not the only patient here, and. The other nurse said I told the doctor I did my job there’s nothing else I can do that is unacceptable. This practice is very uncaring and unprofessional not to even give her the results. She had to get the results from the company that actually took the test. After explaining to them that the doctor never got back to her with any information The doctor never followed up with her. Needless to say we will never go back there again.
