Dr Kaur has been apart of our family for a couple of years and she is the best. She is very attentive and takes very good care of her patients. She is honest and takes any concerns seriously!

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. As soon as she entered the room, I mentioned that it was extremely hot and wondered if the air conditioning wasn't working. She replied that she didn't know what was going on with the AC and then said, "My computer can hear this conversation," which immediately made the interaction feel uncomfortable. When I later shared that I wasn't comfortable moving forward with the procedure, instead of taking the time to answer my questions or discuss my concerns, she responded, "Why did you come to see me?" I found that comment rude, dismissive, and lacking compassion. Patients should be able to ask questions and decide whether they're comfortable with a procedure without feeling judged. A doctor's job is not only to perform procedures but also to listen to patients, answer their questions, and help them feel informed and comfortable. I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. After the appointment, I waited in the reception area for my husband to pick me up. She walked by without acknowledging me or saying goodbye. On its own, that might not have mattered, but combined with the rest of the visit, it reinforced the negative impression I had. I left the appointment feeling disrespected and unheard. I personally felt that I may have been treated differently because of my background, although I cannot know her intentions. I also came away with the impression that she was warmer and kinder toward patients who were not Brown, and that perception made it difficult for me to trust her. I recognize this was my personal impression, but it significantly affected my experience. Because of my experience, I would not recommend her, especially to members of the Pakistani community who may value feeling respected, heard, and treated with compassion during their medical care.
