Hire more people, the wait times are just not professional!! Just to get someone on the phone to book an appointment takes forever.. Dr.Brelian u will be more successful if u hire more staff!!

Dr. Brelian is amazing! However, trying to reach anyone at his office is impossible. I even sent a letter letter snail mail as I am traveling and still not one rep from his office has responded. Even though I requested to be contacted upon receipt of letter. Communication with my doctor’s office is a vital part of healthcare. Dr. B, please hear my cries and step up your office game.

I was refer by my primary care doctor to see Dr. Brelian for my abdominal pain and had my first appointment couple of months ago. Dr. Brelian was so nice and patient, he order all this exams to help me with pain and honestly he has helped me a lot.....Yes the wait time was long but worth the wait. Also the staff is so nice and helpful.

My colonoscopy was so easy here. Dr. Brelian and his staff were amazing. There explanation of the procedure was clear and helpful. Really put me at ease with the whole process. Thank you.

Getting a hold of anyone at this office is a nightmare! Wait time on hold is HUGE. And a huge waste of my time. After 20+ minutes I’ve hung up and tried again. Each time the receptionists quickly tells me to hold before I can even get a word in. Is the office really this busy? It’s so unprofessional, and I’m getting a really bad feeling about the upcoming appointment I have here.

Had a colonoscopy done by Dr Brelian like a month ago and for my follow up the office was really busy wait was little long but overall great doctor.

I’ve been fighting a deadly infection since October although the doctor was nice he did not fill out my referral correctly nor did he fill it out for someone who accepts my insurance so they will not cover it. I’ve called hundreds of hundreds of times trying to find out the delay in getting it fixed back to back for weeks on weeks to be put on hold or ignored to then have the call disconnected I’ve reached them to be hung up on about 4 out of about 80+ daily calls highly unprofessional
