Have called numerous times and VM, no response. Getting new referral

I've made 3 attempts to get an appointment, no call back after 3 tries. I give up, I am going to ask my Primary for a new referral to a new Gastro doctor. It's sad really.

Good luck trying to get a hold of them. Been calling for 2 weeks and left several VMs. Only option is to walk in and make an appointment. But that’s time off work I have to make on top of hopefully making an appointment.

Where do I begin? He actually does not even deserve one star. This office has two doctors and one receptionist. She’s too busy to even answer phones or listen to voicemails. My first and only visit this doctor hand wrote everything, he did not have a computer. At the end of the appointment I asked for some help with medication and was given a sample packet of medication that could’ve destroyed my pancreas had I taken it. Thank God I read all about it first. I’ve been waiting 10 days for a referral only to find out this one staff member could not get connected to my insurance. This office needs a complete overhaul with more staff and a Doctor Who takes more interest in his patients. Don’t go there.

Worst office ever …. There is no way you can get hold of anyone there .. I called 200 times all the week long but no response.

This is the worst office I have ever called. The receptionist are so unorganized. They had given my dad an appt for today over the phone because of Covid still not seeing patients in office. I had to call to see why I hadn’t gotten a call from the Dr. they didn’t even have my dad on schedule. Worst office I wouldn’t even give them a star but I guess you have to. But I would give them a -10. So unprofessional.
