Dr. Kline was great on both occasions. Pleasing personality, helpful and went a step beyond. Today's outpatient procedure was pretty painfree and he was the added touch. Highly recommend his practice.

These doctors saw my hospital while in-patient, and I have no issues with their service. However, billing is a major issue! Apparently, the hospital did not have our insurance info, so we’re unable to bill insurance. Interesting that the hospital and everyone else who saw my husband had no issues getting that info and billing insurance. Because they didn’t have the info, Aetna did not approve the claim as the bill was not submitted “within the required time limit”, and therefore I am not responsible for the bill. Of course, the dr office says it’s my fault they didn’t have the info so I am responsible. Spent 10 minutes arguing with this person, getting nowhere. Pitiful that these people don’t know how to do their job, and I have to pay the price for their incompetence. Be aware they will not look for other solutions or go to bat for you with insurance. You will be responsible for figuring it out.

AMAZING office. In and out in 35 minutes, and 15 of those were updating paperwork because of an error on my part. Every other time, check-in process is so quick: I hardly get to sit down before I am called back to the room. I love that I see the same nurse every time… she is is so welcoming and personable. Other offices cannot even compare with the short wait time for the doc to enter the room (5-10 mins tops). I always feel heard with Dr. Nguyen. She is also very personable, mixing her expertise with a bit of humor and rapport. Check-out is a breeze with the online payment option. I can’t say enough good things about this office! It amazes me that such a large practice is run SO EFFICIENTLY and SO KINDLY. I feel like a person, not an appointment. 10 out of 5 stars, you guys. No joke.

A simple scheduling is a nightmare. They DO NOT offer calling the office or going to a website for making an appointment...just 99.9% of normal providers. But, they have a BOT that you have to speak to...yes like spell your name, DOB (2 digit for the month, 2 digit for the day...you get idea), spell your address! Yes!! and every other details like insurance etc. Initially i thought maybe this is some next level AI but turns out they are going out of their way to NOT accept an appointment. Anyways, i didn't have any better to do for half a day and played around with the BOT, only to find out there is actually human staff people who then sent me a weird chat link...wait what!! Yes, a chat link only to ask me the same damn information i already provided to the BOT. lol

I found them very difficult to communicate with. I called nine times without being able to talk with a person who could help me reschedule an appointment and had only 2 return calls over a two week period

The call center never picks up the phone this is a really big red flag. I had to schedule my appointment while I'm in severe pain. I'm calling to confirm since this morning. I called and spoke to Jordan and she couldn't schedule my appointment due to insurance information she needed. Can SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME. It's sad when you have to call someone to remind you of your appointment knowing these patients are going through a lot they don't even tell you how much your co-pay is going to be when requested. Wasted a whole day for nothing and the people in the front act like they just don't care thanks for wasting my time.

Dr. Kline is amazing I am having digestive/stomach issues and he listens to everything you tell him he is really caring and he stated to me I am going to figure out what is going on he really makes you feel like a person and wants to get you taken care of. I highly recommend him and his nurse Debbie. Thank yall so much for caring.
