Dr Tung was great- everything else was not. My appointment was rescheduled multiple times. I ended up taking a day that was not conducive to my schedule just to get it done. They did not go into details about the prep & neither does their website. Luckily google does. When we arrived at the facility we passed a parking lot that says ‘for endoscopy appointments only’ so went to the main parking deck/bldg. The staff there told us to go to the other parking lot/bldg. She was not kind- seemed annoyed because she probably tells 100 people/day the same thing. The staff in the correct building called me during all of this and was also not kind and said ‘well, it was mentioned in the email’. I looked back & had received no such email. Mind you I haven’t eaten in 36 hours and didn’t sleep the night before because of the prep. Rudeness is never great but this was terribly timed. Lastly, when I got to the prep area a nurse came up and rudely said ‘you took my bay’ to my nurse & they proceeded to argue about it in front of me. I will go somewhere else in 10 years when I have to have this procedure again

Incredibly personal and caring physician and staff!

My first visit with Dr. Tung and couldn’t be more pleased. First, he came in the room a couple minutes after his MA completed her portion of the visit. Second, he was friendly, attentive, asked questions and gave options for treatment. He was very professional and kind.

Dr. Preston Stewart was fantastic - extremely knowledgeable & very personable. I really enjoyed my appointment with him as he addressed several gastrointestinal issues that I am currently experiencing. I would highly recommend him.

I have seen Dr.Yanda for over8 years. He is great. Listens to you and has taken care of me with throat, swallowing, digestive issues, esophagus and at least two colonoscopy procedures! I trust his judgment and his thorough investigative pace!
