I traveled far to see Dr. Kim it was worth it. I will tell all my family members too get her to do the procedure in future.

I recently had an appointment with the GI practice and, although my regular GI doctor was unavailable, I was seen by Matthew Ross, NP. I could not have been more impressed with the care I received. From the moment he walked into the room, his positive energy and professionalism immediately put me at ease. He had thoroughly reviewed my chart beforehand and took the time to explain everything clearly, discuss treatment options, and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed and truly felt that he cared about my concerns and well-being. He was extremely thorough during the examination and even went above and beyond to make sure there would be no issues or delays with my medication at the pharmacy. It is rare to find a healthcare provider who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely compassionate and attentive. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident in my care. Matthew Ross, NP exemplifies what exceptional patient care should look like. In a healthcare system where patients can sometimes feel like just another appointment, he made me feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. His dedication, compassion, and commitment to his patients are truly remarkable, and the positive impact he made during a single visit will stay with me long after the appointment ended.

Nonexistent customer service. Nobody will ever answer the phone, you don’t even get an option to wait on hold, just a random call back whenever they feel like it. Been waiting a year now for my appointment, waiting so long that my referral expired and had to be resubmitted.

The doctor and his staff made me feel at ease. They were good people and really were experts at their job, much appreciated

Avoid Allison N. Zhang, M.D. and Marlene Rodriguez-Stoupignan, staff supervisor. It's not clear whether Ms. Rodriguez-Stoupignan supports more than Dr. Zhang, but if so, it's worth steering away from this practice altogether. They are hyper-focused on volume to the detriment of patient relations and support. They are rude and dismissive and would not schedule a follow-up to discuss an incomplete procedure. Seriously, no room on the schedule for any explanation as to what happened. Rodriguez-Stoupignan hung up on me four times in one day, and Stanford, unfortunately, forces you to stay with whomever you get assigned to, even if your insurance does not require it. Very bad business. I have not experienced such a lack of professionalism and courtesy in the medical profession before. It's scary if that's the new normal in medicine.
