Dr.An is wonderful. Happy, great bedside manner and just down to earth! He explained things in a manner that I could understand, no big fancy words, just easy to understand, without making you feel stupid! He was great communicating with my son and can't speak highly enough of him. He was shocked we drove from Oklahoma to Plano for a pediatric gastroenterologist! He has accommodated us for follow ups via telehealth consultation. We only.need to drive there as needed! The office is nicely decorated, clean, cute and inviting! I look forward to working with such a wonderful doctor.

Dr Russo has been great. He explained everything clearly and spoke to our son throughout to make sure he understood what was going on.

Infant had acid reflux and Dr. An was informative and helpful. You can tell genuinely loves and cares about babies/kids. Dr. Russo is also great, got back to us quick at night and resolved our little man’s pain. You can trust these doctors with your kids. Front staff is not as friendly but was quick in getting us in.

Wonderful Dr and staff! Highly recommend. Dr An was wonderful with my 5 year old daughter. He was friendly and kind and made understanding our daughter’s issue simple without any major testing. He gave clear steps for us to take to resolve her bathroom issues. Thank you for the incredible support.

Dr. An is awesome. He really listens to your concerns about your child and presents different options for solutions. He works with you in a more collaborative way rather than the typical “this is what you need to do”. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ann is an amazing doctor who truly cares for his patients. He takes his time with our daughter and listens to her concerns and answers any question she may have. It is always a joy to see him for our yearly check.

This has got to be fraud. There is no way they have 5 stars for every review. I've been trying to get ahold of this office for over a month and left voicemails. Finally, I got a hold of someone today. The lady answered the phone so unprofessionally and said "front desk" so rudely as if i was bothering her. They were accepting new patients but did not accept one of our insurances, so I asked the lady if she could ask the doctor if they would still be willing to submit bills to our insurance that they would do a one time case agreement and accept the bills and pay them as long as they would submit them and the lady didn't even try and ask. Just said no, they won't. Pure laziness. Unprofessional, and the communication is horrible.

Highly recommended! Dr An was so sweet and caring. We were worried about our baby but he made it feel all better.
