Do not go here unless you want to be treated like you’re a dummy. I am a mom of 4 kids and I went in to see Dr Jae-Koo An. He told me if I couldn’t handle my baby crying to put on headphones and place baby in the closet to cry for 2 hours until the next feeding. My son is 7 weeks OLD. My son already has a problem with retracting and breathing hard which usually indicates pain. My son cries in pain and Dr A dismissed my concerns and basically made me feel like a first time mom. My 3 other kids were never in pain like my current son. My current son only drinks an ounce or two then screams for hours. He hardly gains weight as well. On my paperwork Dr A put my son’s problem diagnosis as “ feeding difficulties/mismanagement.” Excuse me? I know how to feed my son there is nothing mismanaged. I needed help and prescribing reflux meds 3x a day has not fixed my son’s problem. There is an underlying cause and I will find a new GI doctor to help me. Thank you.

Dr. Chan was welcoming and made me feel at ease through my appointment. She was timely and thorough as well as kind. The appointment process was very smooth and her staff was very helpful. Thank you Dr. Chan!

No wait time, and great experience. Dr. An was so kind and friendly (and funny!) for our first visit with my baby. He gave me some guidance on what I need to do to help relieve my baby’s symptoms at home BEFORE we try meds/further testing. I appreciate that!
