When I got there the wait was a little bit long but despite that I had a good experience.

From the very first day I met Dr. Chen and Nurse Aiswarya; I can honestly say that they are extremely professional intelligent, kind from the heart. Go above and beyond to help the patient in the best manner possible and stick to their word. They are flexible and understanding in their professional dealing. They really do understand the patients struggle and try to do everything possible to help and figure out the patients scenario. It's admirable especially that they make sure to involve the patient in their own care and promote their decision making process during the care plan. They truly care and are meant for the profession they practice; providing exceptional care , compassion , and understanding in the greatest magnitude ALWAYS EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have soooo much great things things to still say and commend these amazing individuals but might run out of characters to keep typing in the review. Long story short, go to them. They will take care of you to the maximum of their abilities. Your not just a number/patient only. You feel like a person and this is vital because any patient going to a specialist is felling not too good mentally in the sense that they are seeing a specialist for whatever situation and ... They remind you, guide, treat, monitor, followup with your care and this makes the patient a bit better emotionally speaking from personal experience.
