Dr. Parikh and the whole staff at Digestive Care Physicians were absolutely excellent. My colonoscopy prep was explained thoroughly and patiently, and I felt like all my questions were answered with clarity and kindness. When a scheduling conflict came up, I was even able to reschedule my procedure with ease. The day of the procedure, I was taken in promptly, the facilities were incredibly clean, with lots of natural sunlight coming into the rooms, making the atmosphere feel pleasant and calming, and the staff made sure I was super comfortable the entire time. Dr. Parikh and staff took the time to explain everything I needed to know before and after the procedure (it was my first colonoscopy). The whole thing was over in no time at all, and I felt safe and looked after throughout. Highly recommend!

Digestive Care Physicians is a very well run outpatient service. Everyone makes you feel important and wants to be sure you're well informed at every step of the way. Dr. Nguyen is very competent and makes sure you know everything you need to know before and after any procedures. I never feel rushed through any encounter with him or his staff. Chi today was especially caring and thorough with my medical history and prep for my procedures.

Overall i felt like the service was good and the staff including Dr. Dong was professional and friendly.

The procedure went smoothly and everyone was very nice. I initially left a great review when they sent a link. However, they have had my results for a a week and I have called multiple times but haven’t gotten a call back. I will make it my priority to report to HIPAA, and all other applicable organizations until they choose to follow federally mandated laws and release my records to me.
