We seen Dr. Tariq Almanaseer along with Dr. Phillip Paras. I told them my concerns about his symptoms. Told them he was exposed to RSV. They kept using words “ maybe “ and “ not sure “. Checked his ears and said “ they look good”. They didn’t further test my son for anything I told them I was concerned about because he “ looked fine” to them. I took him to the ER afterwards he was diagnosed with an ear infection, RSV, and Bronchiolitis. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. They neglect the patients and do not hear your concerns nor take them serious.

I have two children that go here for visits. If you prefer to see the same doctor every time, this may not be the place for you, but I have always felt that the doctors had taken time to familiarize themselves with my children's health histories and concerns prior to our arrival. We also seem to get more face time with the doctors here than their previous pediatrician.

Gave my baby unnecessary antibiotics under the guise of helping us with something we were only mildly concerned about. We called the next day regarding it and was told the antibiotics “don’t work for that” . This was after being told our baby was perfectly healthy except for the thing we were mildly concerned about (which ended up being nothing at all). Our pediatrician Dr.Gagin gave us a diagnosis without properly analyzing our baby to give that diagnosis and then wrote out the prescription, so we rightly believed it to be for that, since she said our baby had a clean bill of health otherwise. Dr.Gagin also claims to be holistic on her profile yet she appeared very judgmental towards me and my partner when we shared we had a home birth and that we (with research) had decided to forgo the Hep B and Vitamin K shots. Which we theorize is why we were wrongly prescribed antibiotics by this provider. This was especially disappointing because with much research I had avoided this particular antibiotic that is offered after birth. It felt like a slap to my face as an informed parent. If I wasn’t misled into thinking this antibiotic was for our mild concern I would NEVER have let my daughter use it. I am thankful I called and found out it was useless before I had used it up. I DO NOT recommend this pediatric center. It’s a cash grab and they will pressure you or trick you into giving your baby unnecessary medications.

Physicians were nice but the rooms are dirty, especially the floors. The front office staff can be heard swearing through the screens. And, I requested a female doctor for my daughters well child and male doctor showed up. We just recently switched to this practice but will be switching back to our previous practice.

I’m giving this place 2 stars. I really like this pediatrician it was close to my house they doctors were friendly and understand but the reason I’m am giving this place 2 stars is because I’ve been telling them about my sons belly button since he was 3 months old, everything they told me to do I did and didn’t work. Over a dozen of pediatrician ATTENDING in the span of 7 months from this pediatrician office brushed all of my concerns off to the side. Until one RESIDENT (she wasn’t even a attending) look at my sons belly button and told me there a chance there could be a tear inside his belly button. I just got the results back and he had a visible Urachal remnant. If the doctors had listened to me when my son was 3 months old this could’ve been resolved months ago. I will be transferring my sons doctors office after he undergoes this procedure to close this tear inside his belly button. My advice to this pediatrician office. Get your attending together. The fact that a resident had more answers than your attending is sad!!

I waited a while before leaving this review because I wanted to give the practice a fair chance, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place—especially for NEW or FIRST-TIME parents. This was our toddler's pediatrician's office since birth, but we've since moved on to a new practice. Over the past two years, we've encountered several concerning issues, including: 1. Multiple HIPAA violations 2. Miscommunication between pediatricians and medical assistants (responsible for vitals during check-in) 3. Inconsistent charting and care 4. Unnecessary appointments and referrals While we appreciated the care provided by one specific pediatrician, who was excellent with our toddler, scheduling with her became increasingly difficult. When we inquired about continuing care with her, a scheduler/medical assistant referred to her as a "hot commodity" and effectively refused our requests. This led us to being scheduled with other pediatricians or residents unfamiliar with our child's history, leaving us confused and concerned after many appointments. If you bring your child here, be prepared to see different providers at each appointment and experience inconsistent care. One pediatrician may provide one recommendation, while another may offer conflicting advice. Overall, we found the office staff and most of the team to be inattentive. As parents, we need reliable, consistent care for our child, and this practice simply did not provide that.
