Clean environment. The fancy massage chair was a nice surprise. About half of the staff was nice about half of the time in my 3 visits. But the person I dealt with the most acted like I was a nuisance and actually had me questioning if I did something to offend her before I even met her 😆 On my last visit, doc ran 50 minutes behind and no one even checked on me. They were not busy either. When I finally went to the front to ask how long it would be, there were six girls just sitting in there. It felt like because I was not a regular patient of theirs, they didn’t feel the need to put their best foot forward or really even give me the time of day. They also seemed a bit careless…I had to remind them to take my blood pressure afterwards and was told I had to stay at least 15 minutes after the procedure and they were just like, “eh” 🤷🏼‍♀️ Needless to say, if I need services they provide again, I will be finding somewhere else to go.

I have been on TRT for over 10 years with multiple doctors. Had a few issues, one numbed me for insertion and then cut me with a scalpel where I wasn’t numb. Ouch!!! Another promised all this additional health testing. Needles to say it never happened. I knew Dr Willie from the gym. He convinced me to use the 2x weekly injections as it would keep my T levels even. Unlike the inserted pellets. I now like the injections over pellets. My wife gets her pellets inserted and says Dr Willie insertions are amazing, and no pain. I have never had any issues as others report. I’ve been in for IV drips when recovering or just need a boost. I’m 100% satisfied and routinely recommend him to others. Go see Dr Willie

I had an allergic to the medication. I had to follow up with them 5 times to ask for different prescription. No call back and they acted annoyed that I called back to follow up. Over a week and half and still waiting for replacement prescription. After waiting 2 months for an appointment, I would not recommend them. Over rated and under delivered

Dr. Willie Villarreal has been so helpful, only regret is not having him as my dr sooner. Great place to get yourself started w a doctor and the staff is so servicey. Got labs done and almost everything was fine, but he finally was the one to check my iron and ferritin that were bottomed out. Had 3 infusions and on prescription iron now. Boy do I feel much better. So grateful for this place. He also treats you like you’re human, helping you understand every bit of the process and explaining/breaking it all down for the patient to actually understand. Go.

I have been having pellets inserted for over 10 years. My last doctor never followed up with the required bloodwork. I started loosing hair and sought another doctor. My blood levels were way off. I went to Dr Willie, he conducted blood tests and confirmed other doctor. Blood levels way off. I’ve been seeing Dr Willie for over 3 years now. He managed to get my blood levels back to normal with routine followup testing. No more hair loss. Dr Willie also put me on a specialized vitamin protocol and it changed my life. I highly recommend Dr Willie and the entire staff.

Updated to 1 star, as its been almost 3 weeks since I had blood work done and STILL no update or communication from these folks, besides them telling me ill have to schedule a follow up to go over my blood work(which i have to pay again for)....which a follow up date isnt for another 3 or 4 weeks. Everyone at the office is nice, but this is pretty shitty business tactics

I have been seeing Dr Villarreal for over a year with my health journey and I’m very grateful for the support to get my health in order, I recommend them to everyone that I know trying to better their health. The staff is very professional and attentive to you if you have questions or concerns. Mia is the one that usually helps me, if you are looking for a Doctor in the Conroe area please reach out to them. I can’t say enough and I’m excited to see them help me with my health plan journey.

This place has changed my life. I’ve gone from struggling mentally and zero energy to loving life, again. I wasn’t just getting older. Thank you to all the staff and especially Mia. Dr Willie takes his time and explains everything and has many solutions but doesn’t overwhelm. So Thankful 💝
