Colon Liver Gastro Consultants - Sugar Land Office

I am very pleased with the Colon Liver Gastro Consultants, Sugarland office. They are efficient, I never have to wait over five minutes for my appointment and they are friendly. Dr. Gajula is exceptional. I have been with her now for 8 to 9 years. She listens, she cares and she’s extremely professional.

The staff at Colon Liver Gastro Consultants-Sugarland Office were very professional and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and they were very patient with me. I left the facility fully understanding what was required of me before my procedure.

The dr is fine; however, office is VERY DIFFICULT to reach by phone or online. You have to leave a message after going through a lengthy automated message system (it took 8 minutes the first time) and then wait for a return call. It took a day and a half to get a return call from the front desk. Rarely will you see the doctor. It is usually nurse practitioner. I have seen the dr when I insisted and she is great at explaining my problems and coming up with solutions. I doubt that I will stay with this dr because of office staff and not being able to call and schedule appointments.
