I came to this office seeking answers for ongoing health concerns and unfortunately left feeling dismissed, frustrated, and no better off than when I arrived. Starting with the front desk — Bobbi was hands down the most difficult part of this experience. She was condescending, unhelpful, and incredibly defensive when I had simple questions. When issues arose, she showed zero accountability and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking medical care. I would strongly caution anyone who values being treated with basic respect and dignity to be prepared when interacting with her. What made matters significantly worse is that this office told my insurance company they had never seen me — which was completely false. This forced me to arrange a conference call between the office and my insurance company just to correct their own misinformation. Even after being caught in this, the staff remained disrespectful and showed absolutely no remorse or professionalism. This type of behavior goes beyond poor customer service — it borders on medical negligence and could seriously jeopardize a patient’s ability to receive necessary care. As for the doctor, my biggest concern was that I received a diagnosis without any testing whatsoever. No bloodwork, no imaging, no stool sample — nothing. A diagnosis without diagnostic testing is not only unhelpful, it can be dangerous, especially for patients with serious concerns. When I needed assistance navigating my insurance to get necessary procedures covered, the office was completely unable or unwilling to help. I left this appointment with no answers, no plan, and feeling completely unheard. For anyone dealing with serious gastrointestinal issues, I would recommend finding a provider who will actually run tests before drawing conclusions and has a staff that treats patients with compassion and professionalism. Would not recommend.

Everything went well. Dr. Vesy is very professional, kind and good with patients! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vesy’s for several years as and think very highly of him! I recommend him to everyone!!!

If I could give Dr Christopher Vesy 10 stars, I would! I cannot say enough of him and his staff who are always kind and willing to assist.
