Asking a patient to show up 15 minutes early, and then not seeing the patient until an hour after that is not even remotely acceptable. What's worse is not even communicating at any point in time that the Dr is so far behind. At least that would give us the opportunity to make the necessary changes to the rest of our day, that putting everything we having going on an hr behind causes. It's incredibly inconsiderate.

I love this office. I have been taking my children here for years. All of the providers we have met with are great. A special shout-out to Dr Broudy and his MA Fatima 10/10.

My kids all go to the CPCMG at medical center court which has always been awesome. My third was born premature and we were referred to the Eastlake location for lactation with Shelby Abramson FNP. She is incredible. I wish I could have worked with her with my first two kids. She is incredibly knowledgeable, up to date on current evidence but also clearly has experience to add into her evidence based care. I would choose CPCMG even if they were mediocre just to get to work with NP Abramson!

We love Dr. Fletcher. She’s a gem 💎 honest, and caring.

Bad office worker. I was trying to make an appointment for my daughter for her first visit. I know Children's Primary Care Medical Group as a whole accept my insurance, but the office guy on the phone told me they don't accept my insurance. When I called the number he gave me , it was a dentist office. Horrible!

Don’t even waste your time!!! We just moved to the area and this pediatric office is closer than our current one so I called this morning to try to get an appointment for my daughter. I clicked the new patient option and was then told even though they accept my insurance they will not see my daughter until I call my insurance and make her the new doctors office. This has NEVER happened us before when trying to make a medical appointment. Just go to one of the many other doctors offices in the area who will give you an appointment when needed and not add any extra stress to trying to get an appointment. When you have everything for your child’s insurance and it’s accepted by the office you shouldn’t be turned away, especially for pediatric care!!!

We go to our appointments early we wait more than 1 hour. We go to our appointment on time we wait more than 1 hour. Then we are late foe the appointment for 5 mins and our appointment is cancelled. Please explain me this logic!

Came in today for my daughter’s annual physical. Front desk were rude, both of them. MA (training) was not knowledgeable with finger prick. The provider was nice though. Edit: Thank you Veronica for reaching out. I will continue taking my daughter to CPCMG, looking forward to better experience next time. Again, thank you for reaching out.

Doctors are great but every time I’m here I wait more than 1 hour probably unorganized front office …. Decided to go somewhere else with better service
