Me gusta su atención y preocupacion por su pacientes muy buena esperiensa gracias a todo personal

Las personas que atiende en el mostrador de la entrada no quieren atender a mi hijo lo traigo con una fuerte alergia en todo el cuerpo y tos y dicen que no hay citas vuelva al siguiente día porque según ella no hay doctor para que lo atienda como si los niños se programarán para enfermarse mal servucio Me dieron una cita a las 1;15 y luego me la dieron 4:30 pm las persona que están en el mostrador dan pésimo atención deberi de mejor su atención en el personal

No tienen buena comunicación con los pacientes mala actitud desde la recepcionista hasta las enfermeras burlonas no recomiendo si puedes buscar otra clínica es mejor

Today was my daughter’s first 1-year checkup at Child Primary Care Medical Group, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The doctor was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful from start to finish. They took their time with us, answered every question, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable the whole visit.

Very rude receptionist over the phone, she kept cutting me off when I was speaking and again cut me off giving me a different number to call. I am glad I don't have to take my kids here. Horrible attitude.

Always such a great and smooth experience. From the ladies at the front desk to the Dr's and assistant, everyone is friendly and efficient. Super happy with them and my daughter actually looks forward to going in for her check ups. Dr. Capetanakis is hands down the best pediatrician! Super sweet, answers all questions, concerns and explains everything thoroughly.

This is the worst children doctor's office I've been to! Every time I ask for something they can't help or they will get back to me. The hole office needs to actually care to help there patients! This will be the last time I come back to this office! I live in IB and rather drive all the way to La Jolla! Extremely upset and Done with this place. I wouldn't leave not one star if I could!
