Best in care for the child that you love. Be a responsible parent and get your child the best care they can receive.

It is one of the worst hospitals I have visited, bad care, lack of professionalism, one that mattered, I love people in general, lack of doctors, a bad experience, the worst

I had an appointment on 04/14/2026 with the NBI Department of Pediatrics Neurology with Dr. Anjum, and I would like to share my experience. First, I want to acknowledge the staff. The front desk was very polite, especially the woman who registered me. Once I was finally called in, the staff were also very kind and professional—especially the medical assistant, Danielle (I apologize if I misspelled her name). However, the wait time was extremely long and needs serious attention. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., I arrived early at 10:50 a.m., and I was not called in until 12:52 p.m. The doctor completed the visit around 1:15 p.m. While I understand that delays can happen, waiting nearly two hours is very stressful—especially in a pediatric neurology setting. I saw many mothers with children who have autism and other disabilities, and it is not fair or appropriate for families to have to wait that long under those circumstances. I kindly ask that you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your scheduling and wait times. I am sure I am not the only patient who has experienced this concern. Thank you for your time and attention.

Patient service was okay. Security was weird, communication wasn’t great. Triage nurse was a man he was wonderful. Pediatric doctor Gina I don’t remember her last name but it sounded Italian and had Zs in it. She was amazing. Very thorough assessment and communication with my son and his dad and I throughout the process. The nurse was Hispanic I only saw her once when he needed medication but she was kind and encouraging. It’s obvious they are understaffed. My son’s needs were met and the diagnostic test and assessments were thorough.

Go somewhere else! I brought my 4 year old in as the doctor from urgent care advised me to do so. He was very weak, had vomited and had a fever. They triaged him and had us wait almost two hours in the room to be seen. Not even a nurse came by during that time. All the doctors did was check his breathing and ears and do a strep test. Once that came back negative they gave me some discharge papers and put in a Tylenol prescription for me to pick up at at CVS. Mind you HE STILL HAD THE SAME FEVER HE CAME IN WITH. No medication and no fluids .. that was the oddest experience ever. They were just trying to rush us out of there .. meanwhile the whole staff was joking around , laughing taking pictures right in front of us. Very unprofessional and definitely not thorough with their evaluations. I have NEVER seen a hospital that allows a child to leave with the same fever they came with and not provide any type of care AT ALL. Ridiculous and disgusting … like. I said , go elsewhere .
