It would be great if doctors listened to patients & parents. What a waste. Most patients have seen specialists before they even get to you! They’ve had or tried scans/procedures/meds/ and treatments! These doctors need to remember they’re a last resort for Medi-Cal! If a Medi-Cal kid is seeing you, it’s not something simple or overlooked!! My teen’s so mad at this place! Good job making kids NOT want to get care or be able to eat!!!! Grrrrr!

it's just awful! I've been trying to make a recording for my daughter for 3 weeks! My baby has had the worst pain of his life for eight months! Despite the fact that I had a referral from our doctor, they spent three weeks extorting additional test results and did not want to do an apointment. But when, after three weeks, they finally agreed to do the arointment, it turned out that my daughter would only be able to see a doctor in a year!!! how is this even possible??? it's just terrible, they don't provide the necessary medical care to children!!!!

This facility has no care for children whatsoever and would rather they suffer than actually see them. My son was referred in September after vomiting and diarrhea every day for 11 weeks and the "earliest appointment available" was January 30, 2020. So I spoke with the pediatrician and she agreed it needed to be sooner and said she would let them know to change it. No one ever called to make it any sooner, but now they call me to reschedule because the dr was now going to be "unavailable" this day and the "earliest available" is now the END OF MARCH! Meanwhile, my 4 year old is losing weight and miserable!!!! Sadly, this is the only place that we can go to I guess, due to insurance. Something has to be done about this. Dr Naon should not be trusted.
