My son is a cardiac baby, born with a coarctation of the aorta, bi cuspid valve, and he has a g tube. After being released from the Picu the village completely neglected my son’s care. With having the Gtube and certain medication in which HAVE to be ordered by his clinicians at the village, less than a month out of the hospital we were running out and we received no help or even a call back from the clinic. We have called literally 100 times trying to reach his doctor and never receive any sort of call back or direction on what to do to get more meds. His GI Doctor Kumar is rude and so are her nurse staff. Not only is she neglecting the fact that my son’s g tube needs to be changed and sized up, but she makes his next appointment in June. She expects my baby to sit with a small bleeding g tube for another 2 months. Horrible horrible clinicians who hate their job. Don’t expect them to care for your child when they need it.

Unprofessional horrible service. My grandson broke his wrist in 2 places. They told us appointment time was 11:40 when we got there they said it was for 11 am. So they make an appointment for Monday March 30th then they switched to April 5 went to urgent care today they x-rayed it was even worse than before. The urgent care Dr. Called and spoke with a nurse who stated rudely I am. not a Dr she got the Dr on the phone and urgent care Dr was rudely hung up on. We had to take my 11 year old grandson to CHOC hospital who said it has gotten worse from the time he left fountain valley hospital. CHOC hospital told us his arm could have been damaged for life from lack of support or help from the orthopedic department. My advice if possible use CHOC hospital and Drs. They actually care about there patients I know I bring up other facilities but I want to make clear this is a review on the horrible service or lack of service for a better word my grandson received from orthopedic office at children's village in Long Beach

Every single person here truly deserves a five-star review. The staff and child specialist were incredibly patient and understanding, all while maintaining warm, welcoming smiles. Dr. Ramesh Patel went above and beyond, taking the time to connect with my son on a personal level. He conducted a thorough examination and offered valuable insights. His dedication and genuine care were evident in every moment, making our experience exceptional. It's rare to find such a compassionate and attentive team, and I am deeply grateful for their outstanding service.

I have experience coming here for their physical therapy department as well as their GI department, I've only had good experiences. After the layoffs the difference I noticed is they've stopped validating parking which of course is a downer and they do have quite a bit of waiting time to schedule appts. However, the providers are great very professional and thorough and they listen to your concerns. Dr. Nattiv is great at listening and explaining any concerns and making sure everything is checked for peace of mind. I would recommend this facility and feel confident bringing my kids here. It would be amazing if appts would be able to be scheduled sooner than they are but that is not up to providers but their administration.

The hospital recently let go of a large portion of nurses and it’s BLATANTLY obvious. I had no issues with services and care prior to the mass layoff of nurses, however…I took my daughter to her bi-annual endocrinology appointment for an injection and bloodwork and it took 20 minutes after the appoint for the nurses to “find” paperwork for bloodwork, then it turns out that they provided me with paperwork from our GI and we missed the window to check her hormone levels which we had been expressing extreme concern about! NOT OKAY! My baby needs much better care than this…

Wonderful place. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. It’s our second home since our baby girl is seen by various specialties here.
