Dr. Hatfield is highly professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He listens and doesn't dismiss your concerns. I feel very confident in his decisions for my overall health. All of the office staff is so kind and helpful! Everyone from the receptionist, phlebotomy staff, scheduler, and his MA, Melissa is awesome!

I recently went in for a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Hatfield. I found him to be very pleasant, thorough and caring. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Everyone in the room and office were very kind and thoughtful professionals too.

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Hatfield. He takes time to listen and gather all the information before giving a diagnosis or treatment plan. Going to a GI can be awkward given the subject matter but he never makes it feel that way. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants what's best for their overall health. He never just treats the symptoms, he treats the whole person.

Dr. Hatfield and the staff are pleasant and caring. Make me comfortable.
