Real good with kids ask a lot of questions make you feel like you’re at home

We had an outstanding experience with the Center for Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition while addressing complex gastrointestinal issues for my children. The entire staff was welcoming and highly supportive. The physicians took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns, leading to an open and informative discussion. They established a clear, effective plan of care immediately without any unnecessary delays. Highly recommended.

NP Mensch is exceptional. She's gentle with kids, seems caring, and is thorough. I trust her opinion and appreciated the time she spent to really listen and try to get to an accurate diagnosis for my child. Front desk staff was pleasant enough, but not helpful in terms of customer care, particularly in regard to prioritizing the faxing of a single form essential for my child's future immediate care. The front desk person plainly stated she didn't know when she'd get around to faxing the form and then never faxed it. I had to run the form to the facility myself. Better training for the front desk person would be appreciated.

I appreciate Stephanie and her expertise. When it comes to figuring out the issues my daughter may be having, she listens to my concerns and trust my judgement on what I think has been a problem. I am grateful that she works with me for us to come up with a solution for any of my daughter's problems.

I brought my two-year-old son in the weight wasn’t too bad. The doctor was a sweetheart made my son very comfortable and she nailed it on that first visit. He was very backed up with clay like stool and he is now back to sleeping through the night, we’re still getting the pooping on schedule because it doesn’t happen overnight and this appointment was just last week.

I highly recommend this G.I. doctor. He has done more for my daughter in one visit than the Hospital did in many visits. He cares about his patients.

Dr. Smith is terrific. We are new to seeing him but we are sticking with him. He asks all the right questions and truly wants to find out the root cause of my daughters issues. My teenage daughter has had stomach problems for years and for the first time we've found a doctor that IS NOT just brushing us off and moving us along out the door with a prescription which doesn't solve the problem. He's had us run tests and we've ruled out things in the process. I highly recommend Dr. Smith if your looking for a doctor who cares for his patients and advocates for finding a solution. The entire office staff is helpful, courteous and prompt at returning calls.

Stephanie Mensch (NP) is amazing. It was refreshing to work with a medical professional who took the time to listen and ask so many questions and the schedule the tests needed to get to the bottom of my daughters stomach issues (of going on 2 years)! We were able to formulate a plan on continued care, and get my daughter back to feeling normal again. I visited the Highland, IN office.
