Have been seeing Dr Amon and Dr Amin for over 30 years now seeing Amanda Lanthier there PA and receiving great service all this time.

Went here for my appointment only to be told by the receptionist that there was no appointment for me. When I tried to give her the paper I had with my appointment info on it she refused to even look at it. I took time off work just to be turned away and told I'd have to wait at least another week to be seen, which feels like a very long time to wait when you're experiencing debilitating symptoms and already waited a week to to be seen the first time. She was very confrontational and kept blaming me for being confused, meanwhile I had the appointment information right there in my hand. She kept saying she tried to call me regarding making an appointment that I already had, meanwhile I never received any call. The whole situation made zero sense. Perhaps she made some kind of mistake and couldn't admit to it. Thankfully my primary doctor's office was able to get an appointment almost immediately elsewhere. It was a bizarre and unwelcoming experience. If I could I'd give it zero stars.

These guys were helpful enough for years. Megan and Santana are great. It’s unfortunate that MUSC took it over and ruined it where you have to settle for an NP every time rather than Dr. Amato or Dr. Amin.
