Dr Oh - If you have diverticulosis - go some where else. He ordered an obsolete test for me. Then when I found out what I needed, he wrote a referral that my insurance refused. Long story short - I went through months of stress and pain while he ordered useless crap for me. Switched to Novant Gastroentology- One visit the CT exam that he said couldn't be ordered in a way that would be covered by my isurance was scheduled the next day and insurance is paying the whole thing. I had called his office 4 X explaining to the office manager that he needed to reword his referral for me to receive the procedure I needed. The 4th time I called the office manager raised her voice at me and shouted "he is not going to reword the order!" In my patient notes - it was stated that there was some confusion over an ordered test. NO, he just didn't know what he was doing. AND - worst of all - he doesn't care!

My experience was great my doctor was Justin and he was really helpful and trying to explain everything and trying to help us figure out what is going on we greatly appreciate everything

Ideal visit, no long waiting, everyone polite and knowledgeable. Doctor listened carefully to my concerns and gave me some guidance and encouragement on his treatment plan.

I have always been treated first of all with respect, kindness and patience. They made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my diagnosis. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I would like to mention the front desk workers were going out of their way to meet my needs. Dr. Nowrouzzadeh was the one who diagnosed me 3 to 4 years ago. He is kind and stays until all my needs are met. He even walked me out to front desk as I was leaving. I have always had a great visit when I see Dr. Sachin Agoyal. He is the kind of doctor one wants to have. He is an excellent Gastroentologist and is well informed about your history when he comes into the room. He listens to any concerns you have. He explains his diagnosis in ways that his patients can understand. He's kind and considerate at all times. He includes me in every treatment plan he presents. I highly recommend Dr. Agoyal to anyone needing these specialized medical treatments. You will be glad you chose him. He is top notch!
