Great experience. Very nice office staff. Carol is my Dietitian. She is very knowledgeable, caring and very helpful.

My friend goes to Carol and shares information with me. I have found it very beneficial as I have struggled with my weight all my life. Carol is obviously very invested in her clients! So very supportive and cares greatly about her clients.

I’ve been visiting Carol Banister at Banister Nutrition for several months and have made giant strides in my eating habits. Her motto is: Changing Habits, Changing Health, Changing Lives and I can honestly say this has been true in my life! Not only have my eating habits improved but my overall health, as well. I am no longer pre-diabetic. She has never given me a “set of rules” to follow nor a specific list of do’s and dont’s about foods I can eat. Rather, she has taught me that all foods are good and the difference is how I relate to foods and make positive changes on a daily basis. Seeing Carol is the best health care decision I’ve ever made for myself. She truly has helped me change my life!!!
