Horrible. I needed specialized prep instructions and was promised by the agent that I’ll get a call from the nursing team, which never happened. When I called myself, I was told that there isn’t anything they could do. Had to cancel my procedure. If I die from colorectal cancer, I guess that’s on BWFH

My experience here in the last year has made me feel like a complete Noone.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Hashemi and Kathleen Mary Kelley, RN— kind, professional and super-smooth/ fast— thank you!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I scheduled an appointment with GI back in the spring for the end of October. A day before my long-anticipated appointment, the scheduling team let me know that they had regrettably made a clerical error, and I needed to reschedule. The next available appointment I could get was for August of 2025 -- an additional ten month wait after already having waited seven months for my initial appointment. An aggregate 17 month wait! The scheduling team was apologetic about the error, but it is ridiculous that I am having to wait almost an extra year because of their error. There were also no special accommodations made given the circumstances, such as getting waitlist priority. I understand that hospitals are short staffed, but this error was extremely careless and is now preventing me from receiving much-needed care. And from reading other reviews, I know I'm not alone.

Literally cannot even get on the phone with these guys even after days if calling and a referal from a seperate medical center. I feel lucky when their phone rings more than once

When I have received care, it has been satisfactory. The issue however is my provider in this clinic will take days to WEEKS to respond to my gateway messages and phone calls to the clinic. I have probably called 10 times and messaged 15 times to no response over the past several months. It's extremely frustrating. This is not the standard of care Brigham should expect if it's clinics.
