Dr. Richard Curtis performed the colonoscopy on me and it well very well. All the staff that I had interacted were super nice and professional. My procedure was originally scheduled in July, but I had to reschedule it due to unforeseen circumstance on short notice. They were quite accommodating and rescheduled it to August. By the way, I had my previous colonoscopy nine years ago, again by Dr. Curtis and his team!

All staff from check in to check out displayed such professionalism with my procedure. I filled out pre registration online ahead. My team explained everything in detail. I loved that they took me on time per my appointment and walked me right to the passenger seat of my ride. Next year when my husband needs makes his appointment, we will definitely make that appointment at Boston Endoscopy Center!!! Thank you!!!

Every step from making my appointment to colonoscopy day was incredibly smooth and user friendly. Seamless process! I do have to say that on the actual procedure day, I was greeted by two of the sweetest ladies at the front desk. Such a positive face of the practice. Then moving to the back, everyone from my nurses, anesthesiologists, and provider (Catherine Cheney in my case) were top notch. I can not recommend this practice enough!
