Borland Groover - Nassau Crossing Office Now Open

The day of the procedure was frustrating because instructions were to show up well ahead of the procedure and then I sat there for 45 mins waiting to go in. Once in everything when smoothly and the staff was very nice, efficient and thorough. Recommend not telling patients they need to be there so early before the procedure.

The receptionist was absolutely unacceptable. She started the conversion very demeaning and hostile towards me. And ultimately was very unhelpful and unapologetic.

Staff was very friendly and professional. I was checked quickly and taken to a treatment room. The doctor was quick to see me and was thorough. I was given an easy to follow treatment plan as well as a follow-up plan. It was very easy to schedule a follow-up appointment.
