Took my mother for endoscopy procedure in December 2022- exceptional facility with extraordinary staff. On time, prompt, and we were done in under 2.5hrs. Had we known exactly where to go prior to parking, it would’ve been far easier for her to walk into- but now we know!

Have not been to office just my experience at St Vincent w Dr Phillips having the ultra sound endoscopy. It was very well and i was pleased

Went in for a colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures and was told to leave. After the night before drinking the prep drink, IV in arm, all prepped to go in for the procedures at 7 am and the anesthesiologist and physician said they are not able to it, because of the information that was given to them. The patient information was given to them two or more weeks before, but they fail to question the information at that time. “Idiots at work” putting me through this agony the night before and all they can say is “Sorry”. My husband and I were treated terrible, acted like it was my vault…stay away from this place…this 119 Ascension St. Vincent’s Birmingham facility is incompetent and unprofessional by how they handle your information. Bad anesthesiologist and physician. 10!!!
