Here was my experience and will say not worth trying to see this group. I tried doing online chat to no avail. I call in 4 times left VM once no call back. I got thru 5th time. Had an appt for last Wed that they had to cancel and was a real known issue, so no big deal scheduled for today. They send out text before appt saying show up 1 hour early, it was supposed to be for people getting surgery but I didn't know that. So I got there early for my 1:15 appt not big deal, but they got me checked into room at 12:45. Nurse noted Dr would be in soon. So I assumed that maybe the Dr could see me early. Nope I sat there until 1:35 not a peep from any nurse or anything to update me. I got up and walk out they where surprised when I said I wasn't going to wait any further I thought 45 minute wait was long enough. When I checked in not 1 person in waiting are, when I left not one person in waiting area. Guess it time to look for another group.

Terrible doctor. Was over an hour late for my first appointment and than rushed in talked to me for mabey 5 minutes not giving any time whatsoever to actually talk to me and learn about my issues and just scheduled a test. I gave him another chance because gi is so hard to get into and I did need the test. So I had another appointment to which he glossed over and didn't even acknowledge some of the very concerning issues I was telling him about. He agian talked to me for probably less than five minutes and just ordered more tests.

My overall experience with Dr. Bhatti and his practice is mixed. I think the providers are generally good. However, the billing staff is really messed up. They miscoded a procedure according to Medica, who is equally messed up, so my claim was denied. Bhatti bill group resubmitted it 5 times. I spoke with my PA Erin who said the procedure should be covered it always has been. However, Medica is insisting it was coded to be investigatory not diagnostic and is therefore not covered. I have appealed the claim twice, Medica indicated the practice never provided any additional supporting information for the claims review. I sent a certified letter to Dr. Bhatti directly and got no respond only a bill for the outstanding procedure. In my letter, I told Dr. Bhatti that if can't trust the practice to handle billing and claims correctly, how can I trust him and rest of the provider staff. No response from the practice or Dr. Bhatti.

I have never written a review about an establishment so I think that is pretty telling as for my experience with this GI specialist. I have been experiencing a lot of constipation, bloating, gas, migraines and abdominal pain for the past few months and decided to see a gastroenterologist to figure out the problem. Bhatti GI was in network for me. At my initial visit, I waited 30+ minutes for the doctor to arrive to see me. When he had arrived, within 3 minutes of our visit I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy scheduled. I thought this was odd. Additionally, I had blood taken for labs. My results from my labs came in 3 weeks later and I had to follow up multiple times with the nurses to get these results put into MyChart. I was prescribed a $400 temporary med to relieve some constipation and I opted out of getting that filled due to the price. My results showed signs of celiac and that was it (they did not inform me to go off gluten nor gave me any direction). I did go through with the colonoscopy and endoscopy. 2-3 weeks after the procedure my results were put into MyChart and showed nothing abnormal. I didn't receive any follow up calls, next steps or suggestions for how to fix my problems. They simply said "Yep, you're all good to go. Nothing wrong!". I felt very dismissed during my visit here. I think the total amount of time I spent with the doctor (while conscious) was 7 minutes. On top of everything, I have been trying to pay my bills for these services but NONE of the portals work (I receive server error pages) and no one can seem to help me. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience and I would've spent twice the amount of money and time with someone else. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a GI specialist.

The people who work for Bhatti in Chaska are so rude and when you talk to them they really don’t know what they’re doing very disrespectful and they know you doctors are limited out here in chaska are limited in this field so that’s why they mistreat people call and ask a question see how rude and they really don’t know what going on and also ask for a nurse who really rude and Dr Webber kept acting like he didn’t want to treat me rude very rude clinic I called the doctor who referred them and told him how bad this clinic is how does it take so long for results my doctor and Allina are looking in to this clinic it’s not normal

We were able to get in quickly with him, but after our experience we can see why his schedule is so open. Dr Bhatti was rushed, didn't listen, didn't answer our questions, spoke over and down to us, made a split second diagnosis without even looking at all of the labs we provided or doing an exam, had zero bedside manner w/ a minor, and left us feeling extremely frustrated and confused. We also requested a medication that our other non-GI docs suggested we discuss w/ him. He refused to prescribe because it's not approved for children until age 12...when it's actually approved for children down to age 6 according to the FDA. Don't waste your time w/ an appt here because you'll end up needing a second opinion anyways.
