Dr. Benjamin Sahn cared for my son when he was newly diagnosed with Esinophillic Esophagitis. Dr. Ben was so kind and compassionate with every visit , always taking all the time needed to talk with my son and care for his physical but also his emotional needs as he was truly struggling with the new diagnosis . Dr Ben is a master in his field and we were honored to have him care for our son. We will always be eternally grateful for his care in the journey we took together to find our the answer needed to bring our son into remission. He has been in remission now for 5yrs and thank Dr Ben and all the amazing staff of North Shore .

Dr. Sahn and PA Pascuma have been phenomenal with their care & clinical recommendations. They modify therapy to each patient's individual needs. Highly recommended them. The RN Nursing/Dietitian staff handling prescriptions & nutritional supplies brings the office down, to the point it might be time to find another provider... Every 3-6 months we need new prescriptions & Prior Authorizations ---- EVERY single time they mess it up and it becomes a multi-week ordeal. Few issues noted below: 1. ZERO follow-up contact with the patients families. Whether an issue is resolved or hitting roadblocks, no contact. 2. Prescriptions frequently sent to the wrong pharmacy (It gets confusing for the staff if there's more than 1 pharmacy on file-- Even if you've been using the same pharmacy for months/year) 3. Prior Authorizations with the Pharmacy/Insurance are botched nearly every time and takes weeks to resolve. 4. They're quick to pass the buck and blame to Insurance/Pharmacy/Family/etc..... We've been doing this long enough to understand and see the clinical staff in this office is where the roadblock/delays/mistakes occur.

Went for consultation he’s a terrific listener, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful with advice and didn’t rush us at all.
