Terrific!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The office is clean with ample seating. Dr. Garrett is a great doctor. He’s very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. He’s very thorough and he’s genuinely concerned about his patients. I’m glad he’s my GI doctor!

Worst experience ever. First of all, when you contact their office to make an appointment, they immediately warn you that if you miss the appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. I was never provided with any documentation, policy, or written notice explaining this fee or confirming that they are authorized to charge it. Second, the employee from their office, "Baya", was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made a scheduling mistake by booking my appointment based on a referral. Then, almost a month later, she called me and said my appointment would be canceled because they needed an authorization rather than a referral. If authorization was required, why was the appointment accepted and scheduled in the first place? To make matters worse, she called while I was in urgent care dealing with a medical emergency. I explained that I could not stay on the phone for long and asked if she could call back later, but she refused to cooperate. She was dismissive of the situation and continued the conversation despite being informed that it was an emergency. I also explained that I had already arranged time off work for this appointment, which had been scheduled nearly two months in advance, and that there were still more than two weeks remaining before the appointment date. There was plenty of time for the office to contact my provider and obtain any additional information they needed. Instead, I felt blamed for an issue that originated from their own scheduling process. Overall, the communication was poor, the customer service was unprofessional, and the handling of my appointment was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this office at all based on my experience.

Dr Garrett and his staff were great. Appointment at 11:00, saw him at 11:15. He sat down with us and answered all our questions and insecurities. Out by lunch.We left his office feeling pretty good. One more thing , you need to fill out all that stuff on that check in. So all you need is your Insurance card and ID no paperwork went in the office

My husband and I’ve been going to Dr. Garrett for quite a few years. He’s thoughtful and compassionate. I feel he’s very thorough and he doesn’t rush me. I really like that he has a portal where we are able to communicate with him directly. We would highly recommend him Thanks doc!!
