Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. They treat you like family...I ask a lot of questions.. and explain issues so I can understand fully..seems like they encourage you to ask questions. They are professionals. Office and bathrooms looks great.

Dr Ben Kahn is so varying and truly concerned about his patients. I am nervous but he helped me calm down. I will definitly recommend him.

⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with this office was extremely disappointing. I had previously seen this doctor at a different facility and was later informed that my procedure would be performed at a location approximately 45 minutes to an hour from my home in Plano. I contacted the office multiple times and left messages to discuss my concerns and inquire whether there were alternative facility options available. Unfortunately, my calls were not returned, forcing me to communicate by email. What was most concerning was not simply the location change, but the way my concerns were handled. Rather than listening to a patient who was uncomfortable with the facility and the distance required to travel, the scheduler was dismissive, argumentative, and unprofessional. Patients should be treated with respect and should never feel pressured into using a facility they are not comfortable with. When I expressed my concerns and decided not to proceed, I was met with hostility and threatened with a cancellation fee despite my efforts to communicate well in advance. The lack of customer service, professionalism, and basic courtesy was shocking. Patients have the right to ask questions, explore alternatives, and make informed decisions about where they receive medical care. Based on my experience, this office and dr Kahn’s scheduler Janie Argueta failed to respect those rights. I hope management at Texas Digestive Disease Consultants takes steps to improve communication and patient relations so others do not have a similar experience.

From scheduling to post procedure the experience for colonoscopy was the best. Dr Kahn is fantastic as are the nursing staff on site. Highly recommend.
