I'm a new patient of Dr. Osowo, and am very impressed with his thoroughness, his "bedside manner," and his keen insight. The office staff are responsive and professional, and his medical assistant was kind and caring. My first visit with Dr. Osowo was beyond expectations (my case is complicated) and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Second visit. The staff and the medical personnel are great however their billing is a little bit to be desired, but everybody else makes up for that. The doctor's great. The physician assistant is absolutely fantastic. She's awesome love , Miss Beth to pieces! There was a beautiful young lady that did my intake, She was so sweet. So funny, I just enjoy myself, its not like I'm going to see the doctor you know, more like, I'm, I'm going and and having a good time, even though I don't feel well, I know that sounds crazy, but they make you feel good.

After making an appointment 2-3 months in advance. They decided to cancel the appointment with no apologies and moved it even further. When called to discuss it, the receptionist had absolutely no empathy and was extremely rude. Moreover, she loved to point out that the insurance is an HMO so she can’t really do much with us seeing a different specialist when she could’ve easily said if your pcp can send us a referral, we can try our best. She said you can call to see if there’s a cancellation to which I said “you want me to call everyday to see if there is a cancellation?” And she responded “I mean if you want”. How about you do your job to make sure you call the patients who are affected by this instead? Someone who has been in pain for months and has been patiently waiting to see a specialist and this is the response. Please be cautious if you decide to make an appointment with them in southlake. Because they truly do not care. I am sure Dr. Osowo is a great doctor by looking at the reviews, but seeing other reviews talking about the extremely rude staff shows how important it is to have the right staff that is caring and kind.

Gave me a 3month prescription for rinvoqe, but set an appointment up to see him for 6months. Then wouldn't refill the prescription when I ran out. This is not a drug where you can quit cold turkey. He did no bloodwork to check how I was doing on the drug. Online pharmacy called him 2 or 3 times, he never called them back with an approval. Rinvoqe is a good drug and worked very well for my crohns but the dr, he is a POS!!!

OFFICE STAFF RUNNING PATIENTS AND NEW PATIENTS OFF!!! THIS IS THE 3RD COMPLAINT ABOUT RUDE OFFICE STAFF IN 5 MONTHS & 6TH COMPLAINT ABOUT RUDE OFFICE STAFF IN 1 YEAR! ON GOOGLE ALONE! DR OSOWO SHOULD TAKE NOTE!!! I am sure Dr Osowo is a great doctor. The staff that answers the phones are not helpful and are rude! They won't allow you to speak to the referral coordinator, to ask why our UHC health insurance is considered in-network, yet we were told we would have to self-pay and they wouldn't accept our UHC insurance. Although, initially when I called and asked if they take UHC, she told me yes. Makes ZERO sense. She told my daughter we were out of network and to go somewhere else! Rude! We can self-pay, but she just kept saying it would be too expensive. I'm sorry, that is for us to decide if it's too expensive. Her job is to explain CLEARLY what the options are..and if she doesn't know, then transfer me to someone who has answers and can explain. Too prideful to do that! She wouldn't take a message for the referral coordinator to call me back and discuss, even though I asked to speak with them multiple times, so that I could understand the insurance/self pay situation. I was on the phone with our health insurance provider and Osowo's office multiple times, over several hours today, 2.5 to be exact, trying to understand. Myself, nor our insurance company, have ever heard of this before. She will not allow me or our insurance provider, to speak to someone who can explain it (referral coordinator). She couldn't explain what the out of pocket would be. She initially said some of it will be covered and some of it won't, like maybe the co-pay would work, but then if there was a procedure needed, it would not be covered. Totally making things up! Surely there is someone competent there, that can explain this to us. Their billing/insurance person also said they are in-network, and we would be covered. Yet, she kept telling me we weren't. This is the best health insurance...we have had it for over 30 years bc it is so good. We have never had any issues whatsoever with coverage, in-network, etc. This is not an insurance issue, it's an incompetent staff member that's not willing to explain issue, and a staff member, not willing to forward my call to the appropriate person that could explain it! We will find another doctor who has a more considerate, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE and accommodating front office staff.

We were treated royalty from the time we entered till the time we left. Dr. O is such a lovely caring physician who remembered both my husband and I from one past visit (mine 2 years ago) and asked how my xxxx was now. Unbelievable! He does his own procedures not leaving anything until we understood the whys and how’s. We adore him! Edit can not get results from a biopsy. No one will return my calls and can not get the office to send paperwork to new doctor. Dr O is marvelous..the office staff not so much. EDIT: I moved and 3 years later NO ONE, not the doctors, not the receptionists, not I can get my results. I don't live close enough to go by the office....

I'm deeply grateful to this exceptional physician who has literally saved my life. Despite struggling with Gastroparesis, IBS, and GERD, he took the time to listen and care about my pain, providing thorough diagnoses and effective treatment. His bedside manner is outstanding, and his staff has been incredibly supportive over the past 8+ years. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate doctor.
