Debbie Garcia and this facility is a complete scam. I am 6 months pregnant and was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. My OBGYN referred me here for a required meeting with a nutritionist. My original appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM and the office is about an hour from my home. At 9:00 AM the morning of the appointment, they called and canceled — after my husband and I had already both taken the day off work. They rescheduled me for the following week for a virtual appointment at 10:00 AM, only to once again call at 9:00 AM to cancel, stating they couldn’t see me virtually because I live in South Carolina and their office is in North Carolina. They knew I lived in South Carolina from the beginning, so it makes no sense why the virtual visit was scheduled at all. To make matters worse, I was charged a $40 copay for both canceled appointments, despite the cancellations being entirely on their end. This office wasted our time, our money, and caused unnecessary stress during a high-risk pregnancy. I strongly recommend finding a different nutritionist and avoiding this facility altogether.

I just wanted to say that Dana Harper my dietitian is so professional and cares about her patients. She explains everything to you clearly. In my opinion she deserves a raise for such a wonderful person she is and very professional. Please give her a raise thank you
