I've had an excelllent experience with Atlantic Surgical Associates. From pre surgery through actual surgery to post surgical care they have been very informative, caring and really professional in looking after me as a patient. I cannot say enough good things about all the doctors, nurses and staff involved in my care and this really makes me feel like my recovery has gone very well because of all they have done for me.

The entire team at Atlantic Surgical Associates was amazing during my experience. During the pre & post operation process they made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way, that all paperwork was submitted to insurance and disability, and I was comfortable and recovering well after the operation. They truly have changed my quality of life and I will be forever thankful for their time and care. Thank you again!!

First, I'd like to talk specific about Aby, she wasn't able to let me know if my medical issurance is coverage with them, she said call to your issurance, I have done tons on medical appoitments and they always validate if I have to pay or not out of the pocket. Also, to make an appoitment they sometimes the don't confirm and I wait for weeks waiting for their response, no response at all, for cancel I called and left a message, emailed them, no answer, I have to call again until their response. and Aby was able to help to cancel the appoitmen and not able to provide the information for insurance. I feel like the company can do better with customer service and appoitments. I have suscribe to the app and it doesn't show anything, they don't answer the messages, they don't show uncoming appoitments or be able to cancel it.

Dr Kim & his staff were terrific in the care of taking care of my Surgical issues! High recommend them!
