Never again. I already didn’t care for the doctor because she was trying to convince me that I was fine when I knew I wasn’t at a prior appt. My appt was for 3 pm. I called at 2:59 pm and 3:07 pm to say I would be within the grace period. I called twice because I kept getting the operator who relayed unclear messages to them about my travel updates, prompting the nurse to prematurely tell me to reschedule when I was on the way. I arrive at 3:17 pm, would have been there by the grace period had the signage been better for the elevators. Only for the nurse to “claim” that the operator said I would take 15-20 minutes (not true) and that I needed to reschedule and that they were “backed up.” Not one soul was on the waiting room when I arrived. When I spoke to the nurse she was attitudinal and claimed that because I was 2 minutes late there was no way possible to be seen. Seriously?! It was clear they were not honoring the grace period regardless. They lack compassion and it’s clear I’m not the only person who shares this sentiment. Do not go to this Atlanta Gastro!

Dr. Wehbi has a GODSEND !!!🙏🏽🙏🏽 He listens and ALWAYS takes his time to answer ALL my questions. I never feel rushed. DR. Wehbi is VERY knowledgeable & compassionate. His nurse Avelina is A+ as well.💯

The doctor seems competent and definitely is approachable, if somewhat rushed. I like how he called me directly with my lab results. I have trusted him with several procedures & he has done well. Access to staff, however, is like walking through a field full of landmines. Leaving a message so that the staff can call back AT THEIR CONVENIENCE means that they are calling me NOT AT MY CONVENIENCE, which was the case today when your call back after . several hours occurred when I was in traffic. I called back only to get VM stating that you would call me back. You need to bring in more staff because I really do not have a few days to wait until your staff has the time to call me when I am free to talk. I am frustrated that your web site is not working correctly and called the generic number only to reach someone to whom I had to repeat 3 times what I needed. She simply did not listen to me the first, second, or third time. And I am fairly articulate. I am not getting down on her personally because it is probably not her fault--I believe it is a general inattentiveness to callers--who are, after all, your source of income as well as the reason you exist as a company. I do like your informational web site, when it is working.
