Whole office is very pleasant, would definitely recommend this GI office to family and friends.

Office literally never answers the phone after sitting on hold for 20 plus minutes. Left multiple voicemails for Dr Levines assistant, never called back. Pharmacy kept trying to contact them for a refill, they ignored it. I call to see what the problem is, after 20 mins of waiting I’m told I need to come in for an appointment. Why on earth didn’t you call me and tell me that? This office does the least, the laziness is honestly impressive. Stay away at all costs.

They switch and bait you. Came for a procedure. Told me they didn’t have the equipment for procedure and sent me to another doctor. I ended up getting a bill for this doctor for doing nothing. I got the charge dropped initially. Then they re-added the charge months later under a new “code” for New Patient. Don’t come here.

Extremely frustrating experience with Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates – Windy Hill. I called multiple times throughout the day and no one ever answered the phone. For a medical office, communication is very important, and it should not be this difficult to reach someone for basic questions or scheduling. It makes patients feel ignored and adds unnecessary stress when you’re just trying to get help. Very disappointing customer service in that regard.
