Great staff!

New office. Super friendly. Dr Osman was very knowledgeable Left with a plan and felt confident. First time in awhile.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Guentner. She was so attentive during the appointment! I felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kongara is AMAZING! A friend of mine referred me to her back in 2022 and she was great. She spent so much time with me. I now have my parents seeing her as well. I cannot say enough good things about her. She truly cares about her patients.

Shady and unhelpful billing department. Will send balances to collections agencies before they even make you aware of those balances. The lady I spoke (Juanita) lied right to me and told me they sent my statement 10 times not to mention the attitude she was giving me. On top of this, i directly asked how I can pay and she told me that the only way to pay was through the collections agency (another lie). Only when i called back with a second party on my end did she also happen to mention I could pay them directly and then denied she had previously neglected to mention that. Contradicted herself several times my favorite of which is when I asked if they have a system or person on their end that verifies the patients are actually receiving the send mail and emails. Her response was that they do because some patients call in when they get email statements but never received a mailed statement. Not only is this not a system or person verifying on their end, but it proves in real time that people are not getting their mail by her own words. Furthermore let’s speak about the actual office. After my endoscopy on a Friday I sat there waiting for roughly a half hour to speak with a doctor and no one showed up. I requested a follow up call and never got one. In fact i didn't even know what i was supposed to think about my results until I spoke with my primary care provider.

Walked in the door at 10:52am for my 11am appointment. It’s 11:55am, still haven’t seen my provider. I’ve been the only person in the waiting room the entire time. (Edit 12:10, still haven’t seen her)
