It's all good and nice except for the call center.

I agree with the other post from the nurse. I cannot go into all of the details because I want to avoid that. I have never felt so invisible and insignificant in my life. I have an intestinal hernia that went completely unnoticed by the PA (was told due to my 5 emergency room visits I'd see a doctor). Nope. The PA tells me to drink these liquids to move things along. I got violently ill and couldn't keep water down. Called the clinic I had just left to talk with the PA for Dr. Sonenshine. It was 4:38 p.m. Carmen told me she had "just left" and there was no way she'd call me despite my severe reaction. She never checked on me the next day either. I have a hernia --- how does that go unnoticed- maybe because I didn't get a physical exam at all. When I first came here, it felt like family. It is not good now. Made the egregious mistake of calling the on call doctor this morning because I felt so sick, she screamed into the phone "why are you calling me? Just take your meds". If the Hippocratic oath and a little empathy were coveted at this clinic, patients would thrive. Over 200 doctors in this mega group- yet they can't be bothered. I was married to a spine surgeon for 11 years- he went out of his way for patients at night, in the car, on weekends, on holidays. Where did kindness go?

See Dr Obideen for 5 minutes after hour wait . Says I needed a COLONOSCOPY and EGD. After the procedures refers me to his PA for future appointments. He doesn't have time to discuss results. Unbelievable. No one in this practice has any interest in patient's care. And I am a nurse FIND A PHYSICIAN who CARES.

Dr. Sudeesha was amazing- I asked so many questions to which I received true explanations, a trait I've been searching for in a doctor to help with chronic and confusing issues. I'd recommend her to all my family and friends in need.

Awesome practice! The office staff and all of the other Healthcare team members in the office I delt with were very warm, friendly, patient and professional! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Leah Katta!!! She was just phenomenal- cut through all of the speculations about my health challenges and pinpointed exactly what was what!!! 😊

During my doctor visit today with Dr obedeen Kamil , I got a very good customer service at the front desk and ms Jessica provided me a very good assistance, she is very nice and helpful and make all my presses going fast. Also she has a very good skill to deal with the patient thanks ms Jessica for your help.

I felt very comfortable there. Everyone is friendly and make the experience easy.

I had my first visit with Dr. Obideen today, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the office staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They made the entire process stress-free. Dr. Obideen was absolutely wonderful—thorough, compassionate, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable with the next steps. I left the appointment feeling confident and reassured. He will be performing my endoscopy and esophageal dilation soon, and I feel I’m in the best hands possible. I highly recommend Dr. Obideen and his team to anyone in need of a caring and knowledgeable gastroenterologist!

Met with PA Jala. She was very pleasant and thorough, answering all my questions and explaining the procedure. Christine at the front desk was also very sweet and helpful.
