If you want to live, if you have a urgent Medical issue do not use these people you could die before you got help! Awful service, rude doctors and staff. I’ve been trying to work with this facility for six months and I still have not gotten anything from them. I needed an MRI. I had to schedule it myself. Something was wrong with the scheduling so I had to go back. call them again. Tell them to do so-and-so so I can schedule. I did this several times this led me to believe that these people do not know what they’re doing and it led me to Believe that I needed a new doctor if I wanted to get help, I Definitely was not getting help from them. Save your life and don’t go to these doctors. Atlanta Gasterology and United digestive has just joined with them. I’ve never used United digestive but if they’re joining with these people, one of them is gonna have to take the reins and I hope it’s the better one and they’re not both bad

I had a terrific experience with this practice yesterday. All of the office staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Lucy von Roemer, FNP-C was fantastic. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was able to put me at ease about my upcoming procedure.

Dr. Anand is the best Gastroenterologist and I am so glad I found him. I had my first Endoscopy and Colonoscopy after experiencing some hard pains for over a year in my gastrointestinal area after eating. I can’t say enough good about Dr. Anand and he has relieved all my fears when it came to having this done. I found him in US News Report of Top Gastroenterologists after worrying and wondering about my really bad pains I was having in stomach area when I would eat and saw where he was an Amazing Doctor with the Scopes in US News Report and I had been looking for a while for a Dr with his expertise and feel so blessed to have found him. The pain I was having previously was very scary for me and I would refer him to anyone needing a good Dr they trust and who is an outstanding Dr with a lot of knowledge and wisdom. At first I thought I just needed the Endoscopy because the pain was all in the stomach area when I would start eating. When it comes to specialized care, no one can compete with Dr. Anand. I was incredibly nervous about my procedure, but his bedside manner immediately put me at ease. Dr. Anand’s skill with a scope is truly unmatched. He is incredibly precise, gentle, and thorough. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Dr. Anand.

Atlanta Gastroenterology is along name and a lot of doctors, but that does give 150% to their clients. One of the best things is their willingness to hear and see messages in their portal. Dr. Anand and PA Lucy are truly amazing and very specific in explaining and understanding their work and thoughts. They REALLY are a 6⭐️ group.

I'm not real sure what's going on over there but they have become very difficult to deal with. They originally reached out to me for an appointment. I set an appoint with my Doctor. It was cancelled within a couple of weeks and rescheduled. It was then cancelled again and rescheduled. After that (2nd cancellation) they told me there was no available appointments available with my doctor for the rest of the year (7 months from now) so they rescheduled me with another doctor. And then, of course, they cancelled that appointment with the new doctor four days before my appointment. These folks used to be great. I'm not sure what's happening but their service is now D level.

Michelle Clermont MD My first visit with this doctor was a nightmare; she forgot to write the lab order for the test I had come in for it. I had to go up to the 6th floor twice just to retrieve the lab order. Furthermore, the young woman working at the front desk was very difficult to deal with and had a horrible attitude.Getting my tests done turned out to be a real struggle—especially since we ended up having to go to a different location outside the hospital to get the lab work done, because The office that handled the lab work closed at noon, and we didn't make it in time—thanks to wasting time going up and down the elevator. I told to the manager and unfortunately looks like she don’t care about the front desk aptitude. So I cancel my Colonoscopy appointment I don’t want to take a risk. Get away from this place

I (Risa) would love to recommend Atlanta Gastroenterology but I would like to warn you about Colonoscopy appointments. My experience led me to speaking with an off-shore scheduler for my colonoscopy; my rep was difficult to understand, continued to cut in and out, and finally was completely disconnected before the phone call was completed. I did not receive a call back after being disconnected, but I did receive an email confirming the appointment but did not receive any instructions regarding preparation procedures. A week before my procedure I called the office because I still did not received any information regarding preparation procedures and got transferred to a virtual agent. The virtual agent then sent me to "gift heath". I finally got a human at "gift health" who informed me that my prescription was ready and that I needed to pay them a $10 co-pay and it would be mailed to me. I was NEVER informed of "gift health" for the prescription so I hung up in frustration. I checked my portal and no where were there instruction or information regarding "gift health" or preparation procedures. I then called back the main office back several times in my efforts to speak with a human. I did speak to a helpful person, Millie, in scheduling that convinced me to not cancel my appointment because I was so disgusted by the way I was being treated and assured me she would get me a human. After 35 minutes, I was able to speak with a human and received my prep information. I cannot put into words how upsetting this experience has been. I really like Dr. Peji and that is the one and only reason I will go and get my colonoscopy. If you really want to use Atlanta Gastro I suggest you make an in-office consult appointment, this way you get to speak to a human and be treated like one. I am incredibly disappointed in their treatment of their patients. I can recommend Dr. Peji with confidence, but to off-shore the important information needed for a colonoscopy and to receive no information regarding the preparation is completely unacceptable. I am sharing a wonderful experience I had with Anna, the medical assistant with Dr Claremont. Anna really listened and took her time to understand the issues at hand. She was compassionate and knowledgeable and made me feel heard. The front desk staff were also great!! Thank you Anna!! We appreciate you!
