All staff was very professional and kind.

The staff were wonderful, but I really did not appreciate the lack of communication from Dr. Kuthari and unwillingness to admit her mistake. I was told she would come speak to me after the procedure. I sat and waited for at least 20-30 minutes and she never came. A nice nurse finally came over and asked if she had spoken to me and I said no. She went and spoke to Dr. Kothari who sent her back to me simply to say “She said she did talk to you.” She did NOT speak to me. My husband was waiting for me this entire time at the patient pick up and having to deal with frustrated parking attendants bugging him about being there for so long. My husband later called to let them know that the doctor did not speak to me as promised and asked for her to call us later. She called my husband and said she had already spoken to me but will explain her findings to him as well. Once again, SHE DID NOT SPEAK TO ME POST OP. I am a very reasonable person and would have had no issue with Dr. Kothari admitting that she forgot, or telling me she’s too busy and that she can call me later. But to insist two different times that she came and spoke to me reflects at best a lack of humility and an inability to take accountability. At the worst, it’s being untruthful. I know what I experienced and I know this doctor did not come talk to me while I sat for 20 minutes alone. Being a doctor does not exempt you from mistakes. And being a good provider means you have no problem admitting when you make one.
