Staff is amazingly kind, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to get my treatment plan started immediately.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. Kongara was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated the excellent care I received and highly recommend this office!

Great very professional Straight to the problem Yes I would recommend them

Seen unexpectedly without an appointment after scheduled appointment from different doctors office led me to read the list of healthcare offices numbers in the lobby. NITIN GUPTA MD SAW me for a NON SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT 4:00 pm. THIS LED ME SURGICAL SPECIALIST GYNECOLOGY DIAGNOSTICS REMOVAL TWO FIBROIDS CANTALOUPE SIZE 45 POUNDS SIZE.

AGA ran two checks as echecks and then cashed the checks again. They took $1,078.64 dollars from me. I have my bank statement that show echecks processed on 4/15/2026, then the same checks were cashed again on 7/7/2026. Both from AGA. You cant get in touch with anyone, and they will not call you back to discuss, but they basically robbed me and will not give it back. They are part of United Digestive and Northside. I would not use any of these companies again.

I stopped coming here and stopped seeing Dr. Gordon because of this clinic’s annoying billing practices and their failure to meet basic expectations (for example, not communicating and explaining to me the results of a biopsy). It shouldn’t be difficult to call a patient or mail them a letter with their biopsy results. It shouldn’t be difficult to figure out how much is owed after a procedure IMO, and it shouldn’t be difficult to actually make a payment IMO. Almost everything about my experience here seemed and felt subpar. I eventually had a procedure here. They did a biopsy. Do you think anyone from here ever called and told me the results afterward? Nope. Did they send the results to me in the mail? Nope. They seemingly didn’t care about me or my health. I won’t trust them with my future healthcare. Zero stars.

I stopped coming to AGA because of their insane billing practices. Some clown at AGA sent my account to a collection agency and THEN sent me two checks because they’d actually overcharged me… absolutely ridiculous IMO. I don’t have time for AGA’s incompetence. AGA made my life harder - not easier. I do not recommend this medical practice to anyone. They’re too big to care IMO.

I had the procedure done by Dr. Frist, who was very kind and professional, taking excellent care of me before and after. I am very grateful to him. All the staff were very attentive to me—excellent service!
